Your dog’s DNA will be securely stored for the next 10 years, and our dedicated team will continue to be available should you need assistance in the event your pet is lost or stolen.

The shop with the accessories will be closing at the end of June 2026.

If you have an unused kit, we will no longer be able to process the sample so please dispose of it appropriately.
